We work exclusively with buyers who are genuinely committed to acquiring a business. Serious buyers engage with us directly and lodge a refundable deposit, confirming both intent and capital readiness.
This allows us to introduce them to relevant Deal-Ready™ opportunities as they become available through advisor-led transactions.
If no suitable Deal-Ready™ opportunity is identified within 6 months, the buyer's deposit is 100% refunded in full.
